Requirements:

1. Aligned Philosophy: Agreement with the Kindnode brand philosophy and business model.

2. Relevant Industry: Companies operating in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, construction, cables, bridges, oil and gas,

pipelines, e-commerce logistics, or industrial packaging; or individuals with extensive distribution channels for adhesive tape products.

3. Marketing and Sales Capability: The ability to plan, organize, and develop long-term growth strategies,

along with the capacity to invest sufficient working capital into product sales.

4. Integrity and Business Management: A strong credit history and full compliance with laws and regulations; possession of a dedicated business premise, the ability to manage operations and accounting independently,

and full responsibility for one’s own profits and losses.

5. Priority: Preference will be given to applicants who already possess established marketing networks and multiple sales channels

within their respective regions for the role of exclusive agent.

6. Commitment: A dedicated commitment to ensuring the success of the partnership.
